عقد مركز حيدر علييف في منطقة ياسمال و "المجمع التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية" في مدينة قوبا مؤتمرًا علميًّا بعنوان "الأهمية التاريخية والسياسية والقانونية للإبادة الجماعية للأذربيجانيين" في مركز حيدر علييف في منطقة ياسمال ، مكرسا لعام 2023 "عام حيدر علييف" والذكرى ال 105 للإبادة الجماعية للأذربيجانيين

With the joint organization of Yasamal district Heydar Aliyev Center and the "Genocide Memorial Complex" in the city of Guba, a conference entitled " Historical,political and legal significance of azerbaijanis genocide " was held at the Yasamal district Heydar Aliyev Center in connection with the "Year of Heydar Aliyev" and the 105th anniversary of the 1918 genocide against Azerbaijanis.

شارك في المؤتمر موظف المجمع التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية في مدينة قوبا الدكتور سبحان طالبلي ، ومديرة المركز نامينا عمروفا ، والباحث في معهد الدراسات الشرقية حسن سفاري ، والباحث في معهد التاريخ فاسيف جافاروف ، ونائب رئيس منظمة يني أذربيجان فى المنطقة فريد مصطفاييف ، والباحث المبتدئ في معهد الدراسات الشرقية موظفه أيتن رحيملي وطلاب جامعة أذربيجان الحكومية و جامعة الثقافة والفنون و الأشخاس الأخرون. تحدث المتحدثون عن دور الزعيم الوطني حيدر علييف في تقديم حقائق الإبادة الجماعية المرتكبة ضد الأذربيجانيين إلى المجتمع المحلي والعالمي ، وكما تحدث الناطقون عن الإبادة الجماعية التي حدثت في مناطق مختلفة من أذربيجان في عام 1918 ، وعن التخريب الأرمني. وفي نهاية المؤتمر ، تم عرض فيلم يعكس حقائق الإبادة الجماعية

 عُقدت ندوة إلكترونية بعنوان «الفساد و تأثيره على المجتمع» بتنظيم مشترك من قبل مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية بمدينة قوبا ومحمية «جيراغ قلعة–شابران» التاريخية والثقافية الحكومية، التابعين لدائرة الدولة لحماية التراث الثقافي و تطويره وترميمه لدى وزارة الثقافة.18 يونيو 2026
