تحدث في المؤتمر الأستاذ، والباحث في معهد الدراسات الشرقية ، والمتخصص في “المجمع التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية” في قوبا سبحان طالبلي ، و أشار إلى دور القائد العظيم حيدر علييف في التقييم السياسي والقانوني للإبادة الجماعية المرتكبة ضد الأذربيجانيين. وخلال المؤتمر ، ألقىت مديرة المدرسة ومعلمو التاريخ خطابا حول الإبادة الجماعية التي حدثت على الأراضي الأذربيجانية. وفي نهاية الحدث ، تم عرض فيلم حول مجازر الجماعية المرتكبة ضد الأذربيجانيين.

 عُقدت ندوة إلكترونية بعنوان «الفساد و تأثيره على المجتمع» بتنظيم مشترك من قبل مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية بمدينة قوبا ومحمية «جيراغ قلعة–شابران» التاريخية والثقافية الحكومية، التابعين لدائرة الدولة لحماية التراث الثقافي و تطويره وترميمه لدى وزارة الثقافة.18 يونيو 2026
