في إطار المرحلة الجديدة من التعاون بين "مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية" و فرع الأرشيف الحكومي لجمهورية أذربيجان في قوبا، بدأ موظفو قسم البحوث العلمية و المعارض والمجموعات في المجمع، أولكار زينالوفا، و إسلام أصلانوف، و إمين أولوبايوف، بإجراء أبحاث في إدارة أرشيف قوبا تحت عنوان "منطقة قوبا خلال سنوات القمع" (في ثلاثينيات و أربعينيات القرن العشرين).

In the next phase of collaboration between the “Genocide Memorial Complex” and the Quba branch of the State Archive of the Republic of Azerbaijan, staff members from the Scientific Research, Exhibition, and Fund Department of the Complex—Ulkar Zeynalova, Islam Aslanov, and Emin Ulubayov—initiated research at the Quba Archive Office on the topic “The Quba Region During the Repression Years” (1930s–1940s).

 عُقدت ندوة إلكترونية بعنوان «الفساد و تأثيره على المجتمع» بتنظيم مشترك من قبل مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية بمدينة قوبا ومحمية «جيراغ قلعة–شابران» التاريخية والثقافية الحكومية، التابعين لدائرة الدولة لحماية التراث الثقافي و تطويره وترميمه لدى وزارة الثقافة.18 يونيو 2026
