بمناسبة يوم تضامن أذربيجانيي العالم 31 ديسنبر تم عقد اجتماع التعريفي بين موظفي المحمية التاريخية والثقافية جيراق قلعه – شبران فى محافظة شبران و مجمع التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية في مدينة قوبا. فى البداية قام الضيوف الحاضرون بزيارة النصب التذكاري لضحايا الإبادة الجماعية لدى المجمع ، ثم تعرفوا بمجمع التذكارى و نشاطه و أقيمت ندوة مشتركة لتبادل الخبرات العملية
