Before the conference on “Legal Aspects of Ethnic Cleansing and Genocide Crimes: in the Context of Historical Facts” which will be held in the Heydar Aliyev Center of Guba District on March 31, with the joint organization of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Executive Power of Guba District, and the Community of West Azerbaijan, Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva, Member of the Milli Majlis Vahid Ahmadov, Head of Guba District Executive Power Ziyaddin Aliyev, Head of the Law Department of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Professor Isakhan Valiyev, History of Western Azerbaijan of the History Institute of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences head of the department, doctor of philosophy in history Jabi Bahramov, deputy chairman of the West Azerbaijan Community, deputy of the Milli Majlis Hikmat Mammadov, president of the National NGO Forum Rauf Zeini, chairman of the YAP Guba regional organization, officials of the regional executive power, law enforcement agencies of the region, administration, enterprise and heads of organizations, families of martyrs and veterans, other guests, students and young people visited the “Genocide Memorial Complex” in Guba. After the guests laid bouquets of flowers in front of the monument erected in memory of the victims of the tragedy, in the Museum section of the Complex, in 9 languages (Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian, English, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, French) for local and foreign visitors who came in connection with the 105th anniversary of the genocide of Azerbaijanis in 1918 , Korea) got acquainted with the exhibition of booklets and flyers.
