On September 15, 1918, Azerbaijani and Turkish soldiers liberated Baku from the Bolshevik-Dashnak occupation and wrote a glorious day in the history of the Azerbaijani state.
With this, the domination of Armenians and Bolsheviks in Baku and surrounding regions in Azerbaijan, which secured its independence, ended.
This glorious day, when Azerbaijani and Turkish soldiers freed Baku from the enemy’s occupation and engraved it into our history, is also a clear example of Turkish-Azerbaijani fraternal relations.
