On October 25, 2024, within the framework of a social project related to the declaration of 2024 as the “Year of Solidarity for a Green World” in our country, per the relevant Decree by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, a tree-planting event was held along the section of the Guba-Baku highway passing through the Quba district.

During the event, employees of the Genocide Memorial Complex planted saplings suited to the local climate. It should be noted that additional tree-planting events are planned for the coming days.
