An online excursion was organized for students of Mingachevir State University by the “Genocide Memorial Complex” located in the city of Quba, which operates under the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture. / 8 April, 2026
During the excursion, the complex’s guide, Orkhan Huseynov, provided participants with detailed information about the historical context of the 1918 genocide, its causes, the consequences of the tragedy, and how historical memory is reflected in the architecture of the memorial complex.
