The Summer Fest Youth Camp was organized in Shahdag Tourism Center by the joint efforts of the Youth Foundation, the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan Republic,The Union of Student Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan and “Cavan” Youth Movement Public Union.More than 500 participants visited the Memorial Complex of Genocide in Guba on July 16,2019. Participants listened to the lecture of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Solmaz Rustamova-Tohidi . Historian stressed that, 101 years ago thousands of civilians were killed becouse of ethnic and religious affiliation by the Armenian nationalists in Baku also in other cities and areas of the Baku province.
Then entering the museum, they were informed about the opening of the complex with the support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation on September 18, 2013, as well as about the images of different parts of Guba in the early twentieth century and the genocide akts by armenian vandals in the regions of Azerbaijan. Finally yjere were presented buklets with information about events in 1918
