Quba şəhərində “Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleksi” və Qaradağ rayonu Müşfiqabad qəsəbəsi 320 nömrəli tam orta məktəbinin birgə təşkilatçılığı ilə "31 mart azərbaycanlıların soyqırımının tarixi, siyasi cəhətdən öyrənilməsi" adlı konfrans keçirilib.

“Heydər Əliyev ili” və 1918-ci il azərbaycanlıların soyqırımının 105-ci ildönümünə həsr olunmuş konfransda çıxış edən natiqlər Ulu öndər Heydər Əliyevin 1998-ci il 26 mart fərmanı ilə XX əsrin əvvəllərində azərbaycanlılara qarşı törədilmiş soyqırımı hadisələrinə hüquqi-siyasi qiymətin verilməsi və bu soyqırımların ölkə hüdudlarından kənarda tanıdılması istiqamətindəki tarixi fəaliyyəti barədə məlumat veriblər.
