Quba şəhərində “Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleksi”nin mütəxəssisi, tarix üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru, dosent Sübhan Talıblı Qarabağa səfər etmişdir. Səfər çərçivəsində tarixçi-alim Zəngilan rayonunun Ağalı kənd məktəbinə Kompleksə aid 1918-ci il azərbaycanlılara qarşı törədilmiş soyqırımları özündə əks etdirən kitab və bukletləri hədiyyə etmişdir.

The Specialist of the "Genocide Memorial Complex" in Guba city, Doctor of Philosophy and Associate Professor Subhan Talybli, paid a visit to Karabakh. During the visit, the historian and scientist presented books and booklets detailing the genocides committed against Azerbaijanis in 1918, belonging to the Complex, to the Aghalı village school in Zangilan district.
