Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleksinin təşkilatçılığı ilə "18 Aprel Beynəlxalq Abidələr və Tarixi Yerlər Günü"nə həsr olunmuş onlayn elmi seminarda Qubalı arxeoloq AMEA Milli Tarix Muzeyinin elmi işçisi, ADPU-nun müəllimi tarix üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru Laçın Mustafayevin "Şimali-şərqi Azərbaycanın tarixi abidələri" mövzusunda məruzəsi seminar iştirakçıları tərəfindən maraqla dinlənilmişdir.

On April 17, 2021, an online seminar was held dedicated to the April 18 International Day of Monuments and Historic Sites. The organizer was the Genocide Memorial Complex. The participants of the seminar listened with great interest to the report of the Guba archeologist, researcher of the National Historical Museum of ANAS, teacher of ASPU, Doctor of Philosophy Lachin Mustafayev on the topic "Historical Monuments of North-East Azerbaijan".
