31 dekabr Dünya Azərbaycanlılarının Həmrəyliyi günü münasibətilə "Çıraqqala-Şabran" Dövlət Tarix Mədəniyyət Qoruğu və Quba şəhərində "Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleksi"nin əməkdaşlarının birgə iştirakı ilə ilk olaraq tanışlıq görüşü və daha sonra təcrübə mübadiləsi məqsədilə seminar təşkil edilmişdir.

Əməkdaşlıq mübadiləsi çərçivəsində həyata keçirilən tədbirdən öncə qonaqlar Soyqırımı qurbanlarının əziz xatirəsinə ucaldılmış abidəni ziyarət etmiş, daha sonra Kompleksin muzeyi ilə yaxından tanış olmuşlar.
Seminarda hər iki qoruqda işin günün tələbləri səviyyəsində həyata keçirilməsi istiqamətində müzakirələr aparılmışdır.
Ümumilikdə, keçirilmiş görüşlərdə hər iki qoruq arasında elmi, fond və ekspozisiya sahəsində görüləcək işlər, internet platformasında birgə fəaliyyətin istiqamətləri təhlil edilmiş, gələcəkdə daha sıx əməkdaşlıq edilməsi məqsədilə prioritet istiqamətlər müəyyənləşdirilmişdir.
Müzakirələrin sonunda “Çıraqqala-Şabran” Dövlət Tarix Mədəniyyət Qoruğunun əməkdaşlarına 1918-ci ildə Azərbaycan torpaqlarında baş vermiş soyqırımları əks etdirən tanıtım xarakterli kitab və bukletlər təqdim edilmişdir.
