في إطار زيارتها إلى مدينة قوبا، قامت السيدة ماريانخيلس بيلوشين، سفيرة جمهورية الأرجنتين فوق العادة و المفوضة في بلادنا، بزيارة مجمع تذكاري الإبادة الجماعية. تم تزويد السفيرة بمعلومات حول الإبادات الجماعية التي ارتكبها الأرمن ضد الأذربيجانيين، و أعمال التخريب الأرمنية.
