في مدينة قوبا، و بمبادرة من إدارة "مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية"، و ضمن إطار "عام التضامن من أجل عالم أخضر" الذي أعلنه رئيس جمهورية أذربيجان، السيد إلهام علييف لعام 2024، و بمناسبة يوم العلم في 9 نوفمبر، قام 15 موظفًا من المجمع برفع علم أذربيجان على قمة تقع على ارتفاع 1500 متر فوق مستوى سطح البحر على طريق سوساي-خيناليق في منطقة قوبا.

In Guba, under the initiative of the leadership of the “Genocide Memorial Complex” and in line with the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, declaring 2024 as the “Year of Solidarity for a Green World,” as well as in celebration of Flag Day on November 9, 15 employees of the Complex raised the Azerbaijani flag on a peak located 1,500 meters above sea level along the Susay-Khinalig road in the Guba district.
