بمشاركة دعم من وكالة السياحة الحكومية لجمهورية أذربيجان و تنظيم إدارة السياحة الإقليمية في قوبا، تم عقد دورة تدريبية تحت عنوان "تطوير مهارات الإرشاد السياحي المهنية" لممثلي صناعة السياحة.

تم تنفيذ التدريب بهدف تطوير السياحة وتدريب مرشدين سياحيين محترفين في المنطقة.

خلال التدريب الذي استمر لمدة 5 أيام، شارك موظفو “مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية” في قوبا: أبوطالب تورابوف، إسلام أصلانوف، أولكار زينالوفا، و زاريفا عليرزايفا. خلال الدورة، قام المشاركون بزيارة محميات و متاحف مختلفة في المنطقة و تعرفوا عن كثب على المعالم التاريخية. في نهاية التدريب، حصل المشاركون على شهادات تقدير بعد اكتسابهم معارف هامة و مهارات عملية في مجال الإرشاد السياحي.

 عُقدت ندوة إلكترونية بعنوان «الفساد و تأثيره على المجتمع» بتنظيم مشترك من قبل مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية بمدينة قوبا ومحمية «جيراغ قلعة–شابران» التاريخية والثقافية الحكومية، التابعين لدائرة الدولة لحماية التراث الثقافي و تطويره وترميمه لدى وزارة الثقافة.18 يونيو 2026
