تم تنظيم فعالية في "مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية" في مدينة قوبا، بالتعاون مع الممثلية الإقليمية لمركز تنمية الشباب و الوظائف في قوبا-خاتشماز، و ذلك بمناسبة الذكرى الـ107 للإبادة الجماعية التي تعرض لها الأذربيجانيون عام 1918.

بدأت الفعالية بالوقوف دقيقة صمت تكريماً لذكرى أبناء الوطن الأبطال الذين ضحوا بأرواحهم من أجل وحدة أراضي أذربيجان. افتتحت الفعالية بكلمة ترحيبية من نائبة مدير المجمع، مهريبان علييفا، حيث قدمت معلومات مفصلة عن أنشطة المجمع وحول الإبادات الجماعية التي وقعت عام 1918.
ألقى عدد من المتحدثين كلماتهم خلال الفعالية، من بينهم: منسق الممثلية الإقليمية لمركز تنمية الشباب و الوظائف في قوبا-خاتشماز، إيواز خيرالا ييف، و المتخصص في فرع خاتشماز التابع للمركز، جيهون فارزاليف، و رئيسة منظمة شباب الطلاب في كلية قوبا الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية، متانات محمدوفا، و موظفة في مجمع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية، سارية عبيدوفا، حيث قدم كل منهم مداخلات حول موضوع الفعالية.
