تمّت، و بشكلٍ مشترك، من قبل خدمة الدولة لحماية و تطوير و استعادة التراث الثقافي التابعة لوزارة الثقافة في جمهورية أذربيجان، و المعرض الدولي، و مجمّع النصب التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية في مدينة قوبا، إقامة معرض-دراسة بعنوان "دروس في الوطنية" بمشاركة أكثر من عشرين فناناً، و ذلك بمناسبة الذكرى الـ 102 لميلاد الزعيم الوطني حيدر علييف.
