في إطار إحياء يوم 31 مارس — يوم إبادة الأذربيجانيين، قام المسؤولون الرسميون في السلطة التنفيذية لمحافظة قوسار، ورؤساء وموظفو أجهزة إنفاذ القانون في المحافظة، وكذلك الإدارات والمؤسسات والمنظمات، بزيارة “مجمع الإبادة الجماعية التذكاري” الواقع في مدينة قوبا. وخلال الزيارة، وُضعت أكاليل الزهور على النصب التذكاري الذي دُفن فيه ضحايا الإبادة الجماعية عام 1918، وتم إحياء ذكراهم بكل احترام وإجلال. وبعد ذلك، زار المسؤولون متحف الإبادة الجماعية، حيث اطّلعوا على الحقائق التاريخية، وكذلك على المعرض المنظَّم هناك.
