31 Mart Azərbaycanlıların Soyqırımı Günündə Qusar rayon İcra Hakimiyyətinin rəsmi şəxsləri, rayonun hüquq-mühafizə orqanlarının, idarə-müəssisə və təşkilatlarının rəhbər və əməkdaşları Quba şəhərində “Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleksi”ni ziyarət edərək 1918-ci il soyqırımı qurbanlarının dəfn olunduğu abidənin üzərinə gül dəstələri düzüblər. Daha sonra rəsmi şəxslər Soyqırımı Muzeyini ziyarət edərək tarixi faktlarla, həmçinin təşkil olunmuş sərgi ilə tanış olublar.
