العاشر من مايو قام موظفون فى "مجمع التذكارى للإبادة الجماعية" في مدينة قوبا بزيارة النصب التذكاري للزعيم القومى في حديقة حيدر علييف الترفيهية الثقافية في قوبا ووضعوا باقات من الزهور أمام التمثال إحياء لذكره الخالدة و ذالك بمناسبة الذكرى 98 لولادة الزعيم الوطني الأذربيجانى حيدر علييف.
