استضافت جامعة أذربيجان الحكومية للتربية فرغ قوبا حدثًا تحت عنوان "المتاحف الأذربيجانية أمس و اليوم - كمعالم تاريخية لحماية تراثنا التاريخية و الثقافية" بمناسبة يوم العالمي للمتاحف في 18 مايو. خلال الفعالية الثقافية ، تم افتتاح مركز حيدر علييف الثقافى في الجامعة. قدمت رخشاندا بيراموفا ، مديرة المجمع التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية في مدينة قوبا ، العديد من الكتب والألبومات التي تعكس أحداث المجازر الجماعية للمركز الذي تم إفتتاحه حديثًا.
