فى عام 2019 وقع الرئيس إلهام علييف مرسوماً حول إقامة مسابقة "يوكساليش-أي التقدم فى عمل الإدارى " لإختيار ودعم القادة الجدد ذوي القدرات الإدارية العالية وإنشاء صندوق احتياطي للإدارييين في الدولة

حيث ، تم الإعلان عن مشاركة الأشخاص الحاصلين على تعليم عالٍ من سن 21 حتى 51 عامًا وتم تسجيل 10 آلاف شخص فى المسابقة و خلال 5 مراحل من المسابقة ، تم اختبار معارف و قدرات المشاركين وتقدم ما يصل إلى 300 مشارك إلى الدور نصف النهائي.
إنه لمن دواعي السرور أن أياز أغاييف ، مدير قسم الإقتصاد لدى مجمع التذكارى للإبادة الجماعية ، يشارك أيضًا في نصف النهائي وهو أحد من بين 300 متسابق في الدور نصف النهائي. نحن نهنئه ونتمنى له كل التوفيق في هذه المرحلة و المراحل القادمة

 Müdafiə Sənayesi Nazirliyinin təşkilatçılığı ilə keçirilən Yay Məktəbinin iştirakçıları proqramın yekununda Quba şəhərində “Soyqırım Memorial Kompleksi”ni ziyarət ediblər. Ziyarət zamanı 1918-ci ildə erməni silahlı dəstələri tərəfindən Qubada və ətraf ərazilərdə törədilmiş soyqırımı hadisələri, memorial kompleksin muzeyində sərgilənən tarixi eksponatlar haqqında iştirakçılara ətraflı məlumat verilib.08 سبتمبر 2026
