تم تقديم الشهادات للباحثين والعلماء الذين شاركوا بمقالاتهم العلمية في ندوة قوبا العلمية الدولية الثانية حول "الإبادة الجماعية للشعوب التركية المسلمة في القرن العشرين ، العلاقات بين أذربيجان وتركيا من تحرير باكو من قبل الجيش الإسلامى القوقازى حتى النصر في كاراباخ التي عقدت في "مجمع التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية " في مدينة قوبا. ومن بين الفائزين الشهادة نائبة مديرة مجمع مهريبان علييفا والمتخصصة أولكر زينالوفا.

 Müdafiə Sənayesi Nazirliyinin təşkilatçılığı ilə keçirilən Yay Məktəbinin iştirakçıları proqramın yekununda Quba şəhərində “Soyqırım Memorial Kompleksi”ni ziyarət ediblər. Ziyarət zamanı 1918-ci ildə erməni silahlı dəstələri tərəfindən Qubada və ətraf ərazilərdə törədilmiş soyqırımı hadisələri, memorial kompleksin muzeyində sərgilənən tarixi eksponatlar haqqında iştirakçılara ətraflı məlumat verilib.08 سبتمبر 2026
