28 May – Müstəqillik Günü münasibətilə Quba şəhərində “Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleksi”ndə “XX yüzilliyin əvvəllərində Azərbaycan milli-azadlıq hərəkatının məntiqi zirvəsi - Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti” mövzusunda Ustad dərsi təşkil olunub. Tədbirdə AMEA A. Bakıxanov adına Tarix və Etnologiya İnstitutunun Şimali Azərbaycanın XIX-XX əsrin əvvəlləri tarixi şöbəsinin müdiri, tarix üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru, professor Həsənov Hacı çıxış edib.

On the occasion of May 28 – Independence Day, a masterclass was held at the Genocide Memorial Complex in Quba on the topic: "The Azerbaijan Democratic Republic – the Logical Pinnacle of the National Liberation Movement of Azerbaijan in the Early 20th Century." The event featured a presentation by Dr. Haji Hasanov, Professor and PhD in History, Head of the Department of 19th–Early 20th Century History of Northern Azerbaijan at the Institute of History and Ethnology named after A. Bakikhanov of ANAS.
