Quba şəhərində “Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleksi”ndə keçirilən “XX əsr Türk-Müsəlman Soyqırımları, Bakının Qafqaz İslam Ordusu tərəfindən qurtuluşundan Qarabağ Zəfərinə doğru Azərbaycan-Türkiyə münasibətləri” mövzusunda II Beynəlxaq Quba Elmi Simpoziumu sona çatmışdır.
