Kürdəmir şəhərində “Heydər Əliyev ili” və 31 mart azərbaycanlıların soyqırımının 105-ci ildönümü ilə əlaqədar Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleksi tərəfindən silsilə tədbirlər davam etdirilir. “1918-ci il azərbaycanlılara qarşı törədilmiş soyqırımın tanıdılması istiqamətində Ulu Öndər Heydər Əliyevin fəaliyyəti” mövzusunda növbəti tədbir Kürdəmir Heydər Əliyev Mərkəzində keçirilib.

Tədbirdə Kürdəmir Regional Mədəniyyət İdarəsi, Tarix Diyarşünaslıq Muzeyi, Rəsm Qalereyası və Mərkəzləşdirilmiş Kitabxana Sisteminin rəhbər və işçi heyəti iştirak edib. Çıxışçılar 1918-ci ildə erməni vandalları tərəfindən həyata keçirilmiş soyqırımı hadisələrindən, Ümummilli lider Heydər Əliyevin 1998-ci il martın 26-da imzaladığı “Azərbaycanlıların soyqırımı haqqında” fərmanının bu soyqırımıların tanıdılması istiqamətində mühüm sənəd olduğunu məruzlərində qeyd etmişlər. Sonda tədbir iştirakçılarına soyqırımı həqiqətlərini özündə əks etdirən kitab və bukletlər təqdim edilmişdir.
