The next event held by the Genocide Memorial Complex in connection with the "Year of Heydar Aliyev" and the 105th anniversary of the March 31 genocide of Azerbaijanis was on the topic of "Historical significance of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev's decree on the genocide of Azerbaijanis dated March 26, 1998." Officials of Beylagan District Executive Power, staff of the Beylagan District Representation of Kurdamir Regional Culture Department, Museum of History and Local History, House of Culture, Centralized Library System, as well as teachers and students of educational institutions throughout the region participated in the event held at the Beylagan Heydar Aliyev Center.

The next event held by the Genocide Memorial Complex in connection with the "Year of Heydar Aliyev" and the 105th anniversary of the March 31 genocide of Azerbaijanis was on the topic of "Historical significance of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev's decree on the genocide of Azerbaijanis dated March 26, 1998." An exhibition of books and photos dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the genocide of Azerbaijanis and the 31st anniversary of the Khojaly genocide was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Imishli, jointly organized by the "Genocide Memorial Complex" and the Imishli District Executive Power, within the framework of the 2023 "Year of Heydar Aliyev".
