В городе Губа состоялось мероприятие под названием «Геноцид 31 марта, который не сотрется с памяти», организованное совместно Мемориальным комплексом геноцида и Форумом Национальных Неправительственных Организаций Азербайджана по случаю 107-й годовщины геноцида азербайджанцев 1918 года.

An event was held at the Guba Genocide Memorial Complex on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the 1918 genocide against Azerbaijanis, jointly organized with the National NGO Forum of Azerbaijan. Following a moment of silence in memory of the heroic sons and daughters who gave their lives for Azerbaijan's sovereignty, a video was screened depicting the genocides committed against Azerbaijanis.

После минуты молчания в память о героических сыновьях и дочерях Азербайджана, отдавших свои жизни за суверенитет страны, был продемонстрирован видеоматериал, отражающий события геноцида совершенном против азербайджанцев
Выступившая заместитель директора Мемориального комплекса Мехрибан Алиева рассказала о геноциде и политике этнических чисток, совершённых армянскими дашнаками в начале XX века на исторических азербайджанских землях. Она подчеркнула, что геноцид — это преступление не только против одного народа, но и против всего человечества. Затем председатель Правления Форума Национальных Неправительственных Организаций Рамиль Искендерли, отметив важность проведения подобных мероприятий, подчеркнул, что во время 44-дневной Отечественной войны Азербайджан заявил о себе всему миру.
После этого другие выступавшие выразили свои мысли по обсуждаемой теме. Отметим, что в мероприятии приняли участие представители Форума Национальных Неправительственных Организаций, семьи шехидов и сотрудники Мемориального комплекса.
