В рамках «Года градостроительства и архитектуры» 2026 года по инициативе «Мемориального комплекса геноцида» в городе Губа, находящегося в подчинении Государственной службы по охране, развитию и восстановлению культурного наследия при Министерстве культуры, при поддержке Исполнительной власти Губинского района и Губа-Хачмазского регионального управления образования в школах сёл I Нюгеди, Зизик, Игрыг, Алексеевка Губинского района, посёлка Зардаби, а также в Губинском профессиональном лицее была организована выставка под названием «Наше культурное наследие: вчера и сегодня памятники Карабаха». В организованных выставках приняли участие руководство образовательных учреждений, а также учителя и учащиеся. Выступая на открытии выставки, сотрудник Комплекса Абуталиб Турабов подробно рассказал о деятельности Комплекса и отметил, что организованная выставка имеет важное значение для просвещения молодёжи в направлении восстановления и сохранения нашего культурного наследия. Затем специалисты Комплекса Сария Абидова, Зарифа Алирзаева, Ислам Асланов, Эмин Улубеев, Орхан Гусейнов и Тарлан Мамедов выступили, подчеркнув, что в нашей стране государством уделяется особое внимание вопросам изучения, охраны и реставрации исторических памятников. Кроме того, в целях сохранения богатого культурного наследия Азербайджана в сотнях историко-культурных памятников, расположенных на территории страны, неуклонно расширяются работы в области реставрации, консервации и реконструкции. В качестве примера было отмечено, что в Карабахе, на территориях, освобождённых от оккупации, восстановительные и строительные работы осуществляются системно и на основе проектного подхода. Восстановление памятников, разрушенных в период оккупации, представляет собой не только строительный процесс. Это также означает восстановление национальной идентичности народа, возвращение утраченных ценностей. Каждый памятник, каждый камень это память. Восстановление этих памятников учит нас не забывать прошлое и строить будущее ещё более прочным и сильным. В завершение состоялся обмен мнениями по вопросам, вызвавшим интерес у участников выставки. Отметим, что в организованных выставках было просвещено более 250 человек.
