بدعم مالي من وزارة الثقافة في جمهورية أذربيجان، وبتنظيم من الاتحاد العام «التواصل الصامت – دعم تطوير لغة الإشارة»، نُظِّم تدريب لموظفي «مجمع الإبادة الجماعية التذكاري» في مدينة قوبا، التابع لدائرة الدولة لحماية التراث الثقافي وتطويره وترميمه، وذلك في إطار مشروع بعنوان «الكلمات الصامتة – منصة القراءة والثقافة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في النطق والسمع».
