نظم مكتب تمثيلي منطقة بيلاجان التابع لإدارة الثقافة الإقليمية كردامير ، و المجمع التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية في مدينة قوبا، ومركز حيدر علييف بيلاجان بمناسبة إعلان “عام حيدر علييف” ، وبمناسبة الذكرى السنوية 105 عام على ٣١ مارس- الإبادة الجماعية للأذربيجانيين ندوة تثقيفية في مركز حيدر علييف بيلاجان، حضر الندوة الموظفون من المؤسسات الثقافية و التعليمية المحلية ، ومن الجمعيات المختلفة.أبلغت أيسو بلبلزاد ، موظفة المجمع التذكاري للإبادة الجماعية ، المشاركين عن أحداث الإبادة الجماعية التي ارتكبت ضد الأذربيجانيين في أوائل القرن العشرين ، و احيطت المشاركين علما عن التقييم السياسي للأحداث بموجب مرسوم الزعيم القومي حيدر علييف بتاريخ 26 مارس 1998 وعن الأنشطة التاريخية حول نشر حقائق الإبادة الجماعية المرتكبة ضد الأذربيجانيين. وأشار المتحدثون الآخرون إلى أن الإبادة الجماعية جريمة ضد البشرية بأثرها.
وفي الختام ، تم عرض فيلم وثائقي عن أحداث الإبادة الجماعية ، وتم توزيع الكتب والكتيبات المتعلقة بالموضوع.
