Employees of the Institute of Cultural Studies and Intangible Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited the Guba District. The delegation was headed by a leading expert and strategist in the field of cultural policy, media, and heritage of Uzbekistan, Deputy Director for Scientific and Innovative Activities of the Uzbekistan Institute of Cultural Studies and Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICRICH), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Art Studies, Iroda Abdulazizovna Dadadjanova.
