The “Talented Persons with Disabilities” Public Union, with the financial support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held another event in Guba within the framework of the project “Organization of Cultural Tours for Persons with Disabilities.”

As part of the event, a cultural tour and concert programme were organized for the participants. The guests visited historical and cultural sites in Guba and learned about the region’s rich historical and cultural heritage.

The participants also visited the Genocide Memorial Complex in Guba, which operates under the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture. The visitors were provided with detailed information about the events of 1918 and the activities of the Complex.

The main purpose of the event was to support the active integration of persons with disabilities into social and cultural life, ensure the effective organization of their leisure time, create opportunities for them to demonstrate their creativity and skills, and contribute to promoting inclusivity in society.
