According to the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated September 29, 2022, 2023 was declared the "Year of Heydar Aliyev".

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti cənab İlham Əliyevin 29 sentyabr 2022-ci il tarixli sərəncamına əsasən 2023-cü il “Heydər Əliyev İli” elan edilmişdir.
