25 participants from various countries joint to the event on the theme "Discrimination" organized by the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held in Guba on 29-30 January within the program visited Genocide Memorial Complex. Participants were provided with detailed information about the events of the 1918 Genocide in the regions of Azerbaijan.
