Müstəqil Sənayeçi və İş Adamları Dərnəyinin (MÜSİAD) təşəbbüsü ilə Türkiyənin Azərbaycana yeni təyin edilmiş fövqəladə və səlahiyyətli səfiri cənab Cahit Bağçı Quba rayonuna səfər etmişdir. Səfər çərçivəsində C.Bağçı bir qrup Türkiyəli iş adamları ilə birgə Quba şəhərində “Soyqırımı Memorial Kompleks”ini ziyarət etmişdir

İlk öncə soyqırımı qurbanlarının xatirəsinə ucalmış abidənin önünə gül-çiçək dəstələri düzülmüş, daha sonra səfir və digər qonaqlara erməni vandallarının 1918-ci ildə Azərbaycanda törətdikləri insanlığa sığmayan vəhşilikəri haqqında ətraflı məlumat verilmişdir.
Görüşün sonunda Kompleks tərəfindən hazırlanan təbliğat və tanıtım xarakterli kitab-albom,buklet, müxtəlif kitabçalar, flayer və digər çap məhsulları gələn ziyarətçilərə təqdim edilmişdir.
