В ходе визита Дж. Багчи вместе с группой турецких бизнесменов посетил”Мемориальный Комплекс Геноцида”в Губе. Сначала к памятнику жертвам геноцида были возложены цветы, затем посол и другие гости были подробно проинформированы о бесчеловечных зверствах, совершенных армянскими вандалами в Азербайджане в 1918 году. В конце встречи посетителям были представлены агитационно-рекламные книги, буклеты, флаеры и другая печатная продукция, подготовленная Комплексом.
