Letter from the Armenian Catholicos Gevorg V to the German Emperor Wilhelm II (August 3, 1918)
In his letter, the Armenian Catholicos wrote that the number of refugees from Turkey has reached 500,000, and another 300,000 Armenian refugees are located in Azerbaijan and Georgia.
